Robert D. Russo

Attorney Robert D. Russo has been practicing law for over 45 years with a focus on landlord/tenant matters.

​

He has lectured at Boston College, the Mass. Constables Association, the Mass. District Court’s Clerk’s Association and was on the Faculty of The Mass. Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Educational Program.

 

Attorney Russo was featured on WCVB TV Channel 5’s Program, “Chronicle,” and has given several legal seminars at no cost to private management companies.

A member of the bar since 1977, Attorney Russo has appeared in nearly every court within the Commonwealth including but not limited to the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Federal District Court in Boston, MA.

Patrick J. Donnelly â€‹

Associate Attorney

Attorney Patrick J. Donnelly is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Boston College.  After admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002, he worked for a general practice firm in Boston handling civil litigation cases in a broad variety of practice areas, including domestic relations, probate, business litigation, Civil Service Commission appeals and the defense of federal civil rights actions.  Attorney Donnelly has appeared in state and federal courts throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

Since joining the firm of Russo, Frye & Associates, LLP in March 2019, he focuses exclusively on civil litigation with an emphasis on landlord/tenant matters.

David Frye

Partner

Attorney David Frye graduated from New England School of Law | Boston in 2013 and was admitted to the bar in November of 2013.

 

Since the start of his career, he has focused exclusively on civil litigation with an emphasis on landlord/tenant matters.

​

In 2017, Attorney Frye’s arguments in a landlord/tenant case were featured in Lawyer’s Weekly, a matter which resulted in the eviction of a registered sex offender who was erroneously admitted to a project based public housing development.

​

In addition to having successfully tried numerous residential and commercial summary process cases, Attorney Frye has appeared before the Federal District Court in Boston, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Sarah Feldpausch

Associate Attorney

Attorney Sarah Feldpausch is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law. Since joining Russo, Frye & Associates, LLP in January 2024, she has focused on landlord/tenant law, providing skilled legal representation in both residential and commercial disputes.

​

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Feldpausch gained valuable trial experience in criminal law, working on cases from initial client consultations through to jury trials, building a strong foundation in litigation.

​

Attorney Feldpausch is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
